Motivation

Motivation seems to be the downfall for most people looking to get into shape.

Commonly used phrases by people giving up;

  • “Just one peanut M&M” or “Just one piece of cake” becomes the entire bag/plate.
  • “I skipped yesterday’s workout, why bother today? It’s useless.”
  • “Meh, next month is better for me anyways.”

These are excuses that stop people from becoming healthier.

It only takes 30 days to develop new habits.

you can’t automate your actions. you can however automate your thinking.

By automating your thinking, you can power through the slow, momentum-less weeks until you hit your stride.

Once momentum is on your side, nothing can stop you.
